Terms and Conditions for $200 Giveaway
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Goldside Jewelry ("Organizer"), an online minimal jewelry store.
2. Eligibility
- This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of countries where Goldside Jewelry ships.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Goldside Jewelry are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must subscribe to the Goldside Jewelry mailing list by providing a valid email address via the form located on www.goldsidejewelry.com
- Multiple entries per person or email address are not allowed. Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Giveaway Period
- The giveaway begins on 15-09-2024 and ends on 23-12-2024 at 11:59 PM [GTM +1].
- Entries submitted after the giveaway period will not be accepted.
5. Selection of Winner
- One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
- The winner will be notified via email within 2 days after the giveaway ends.
- If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, another winner will be selected.
6. Prize
- The winner will receive a $200 credit to spend on Goldside Jewelry website (www.goldsidejewelry.com).
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize must be redeemed within 5 months from the date of the winner’s announcement.
7. Use of Personal Information
- By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Goldside Jewelry regarding promotions, offers, and other updates.
- The personal information collected will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Goldside Jewelry will not be responsible for any technical, network, or computer malfunctions that may occur during participation.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to have violated these terms and conditions.
9. Right to Cancel or Modify
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Organizer's control impairs the integrity or fairness of the giveaway.
10. Governing Law
- This giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania.
