Welcome to Goldside Jewelry. We want to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. Please read the Terms & Conditions before using the site. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Goldside Jewelry.
Your access, usage of the site and browsing, purchase of any product available to you through the site indicates your full understanding, acknowledgment and acceptance to the Terms & Conditions.
Before making any purchase, it is your responsibility to review the following Terms & Conditions. The purchase of any product through the site represents your (i) acceptance, compliance with, and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and (ii) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or/and use of the site, you represent and warrant that:
1) You are of legal age and capacity to access and/or use the site.
2) All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete.
3) You are legally and financially responsible for access and/or use of the Site.
4) You do not use the site for any illegal purposes.
SECTION 3 – PRICE
▼ Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on the site are quoted in the currency that is based on your location (Euro or American Dollar). In the event where an incorrect price is displayed, we have all right to refuse and cancel any order due to incorrect pricing.
▼ Duties, Taxes & Custom Charges
Buyers are responsible for any/all duties, taxes and custom charges that may be incurred in their countries. The price payable from the site does not include any/all duties and custom charges. Each country has its own regulation regarding the tax. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend the buyers to learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us.
SECTION 4 – PURCHASE
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these Terms & Conditions (an "Order"). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order.
If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because there may be an issue identified with your account due to credit and fraud.
▼ Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order, please notify us at info@goldsidejewelry.com within 14 hours after order has been placed . No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
Accepted cancellations will be refunded 90% of the value.

Cancellation and exchanges during sale period is not allowed.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS

Product images may appear larger to show detailed view of the products. Always refer to the measurements before purchase. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of product size.
▼ Measurements
All measurements provided on the site are measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Minor variations in measurement is not considered a defect and cancellation of order due to such instance is not permitted.
▼ Colors
When editing images for display on the Site, we always strive to produce the most realistic colors of the products. However, different people may perceive different colors as different devices renders colors differently. Such situations are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colors.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal.
Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.
