Your access, usage of the site and browsing, purchase of any product available to you through the site indicates your full understanding, acknowledgment and acceptance to the Terms & Conditions.
Before making any purchase, it is your responsibility to review the following Terms & Conditions. The purchase of any product through the site represents your (i) acceptance, compliance with, and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and (ii) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or/and use of the site, you represent and warrant that:

2) All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete.
3) You are legally and financially responsible for access and/or use of the Site.
4) You do not use the site for any illegal purposes.
SECTION 3 – PRICE

All prices displayed on the site are quoted in the currency that is based on your location. In the event where an incorrect price is displayed, we have all right to refuse and cancel any order due to incorrect pricing.
▼ Duties, Taxes & Custom Charges
Buyers are responsible for any/all duties, taxes and custom charges that may be incurred in their countries. The price payable from the site does not include any/all duties and custom charges. Each country has its own regulation regarding the tax. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend the buyers to learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us.
SECTION 4 – PURCHASE
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these Terms & Conditions (an "Order"). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order.
If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because there may be an issue identified with your account due to credit and fraud.
▼ Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order, please notify us at info@goldsidejewelry.com within 14 hours after order has been placed . No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
Accepted cancellations will be refunded 90% of the value.

Product images may appear larger to show detailed view of the products. Always refer to the measurements before purchase. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of product size.
▼ Measurements
All measurements provided on the site are measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Minor variations in measurement is not considered a defect and cancellation of order due to such instance is not permitted.
▼ Colors
When editing images for display on the Site, we always strive to produce the most realistic colors of the products. However, different people may perceive different colors as different devices renders colors differently. Such situations are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colors.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal.
Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address.
Please ensure address is correct. If you will like us to ship to another address, please contact us at info@goldsidejewellery.com immediately after purchase is made. Change of address is not allowed once the parcel has been shipped.
▼ VERIFICATION & AUTHORISATION OF PAYMENT
All orders will only be processed after payment is verified and cleared.
▼ PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all customer orders in 1 - 2 business days, with the exception of weekends. For festive season, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.
▼ SHIPPING METHOD & DURATION
We offer free worldwide shipping.
Express shipping via EMS Worldwide Express shipping is available. It takes 1-5 business days.
For rush orders or special occasions such as Wedding, Birthday, Bridal Shower, Christmas, we highly recommend that you purchase your order at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance or purchase EMS Worldwide Express shipping to reach you in a good time.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Standard shipping duration for international shipment is 7-20 business days.
- Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order.
- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.
- Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.
If parcel does not reach within the shipping period, please email to info@goldsidejewellery.com with your updated shipping address and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel.

SECTION 8 - BOUNCED/RETURN PARCELS
In any case if mail is unclaimed after a stipulated time by the post office and is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping. A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason or a parcel with wrong address furnished, is not an authorized return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion. In this cases we will decide the amount
SECTION 9 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchanges and returns. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.
For non-pierced jewelry, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have ten days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Please email at info@goldsidejewellery.com for return/exchange for non-pierced jewelry.
Guidelines For Return Mail For Exchange/Return Of Item
Please note that the return postage back to us will be paid by buyer, in the case of an approved exchange case.
1) Please ensure that the item is in original condition, original packaging and in original gift box.
2) It should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.
3) Mail the parcel with registered tracking number to ensure delivery of return parcel
The shipping fee for exchanged item back to buyer will be paid by the buyer.
If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess.
For returned items a 10% of the total value of product will be applied as a re-stock fee after receiving the goods.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances whereby the earrings need to be exchanged/returned, please refer to the following.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at info@goldsidejewellery.com with the email titled “Incorrect Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of incorrect product received.
▼ Defective Item Received
If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at info@goldsidejewellery.com with the email titled “Defective Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect.
Upon receiving your email, our Customer Care will help on your case.
SECTION 10 - GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are valid for six (6) months, and are strictly non-refundable and non-extensible. Gift Cards are to be redeemed in a single transaction.

We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to supply the product to you, process your payment for the product, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Terms & Conditions or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide Goldside Jewelry, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) Goldside Jewelry without charge and Goldside Jewelry shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such submissions. All submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Goldside Jewelry and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry by Goldside Jewelry in the future.
You warrant that your submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. Goldside Jewelry assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
In addition to the rights applicable to any submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant Goldside Jewelry the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content.
