Returned items:
1) Must be in original condition, original packaging and in original gift box.
2) Should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.
- For returned items a 10% of the total value of product will be applied as a re-stock fee after receiving the goods.
- All sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchanges and returns.
- Returns must be posted within 5 days of approval of request.
- Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
- If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess.
- If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
- If your item(s) arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us at info@goldsidejewelry immediately and include a photo of the damaged/defective and/or wrong item(s) for faster processing time.
