Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address.
Please ensure address is correct. If you will like us to ship to another address, please contact us at info@goldsidejewellery.com immediately after purchase is made. Change of address is not allowed once the parcel has been shipped.
▼ VERIFICATION & AUTHORISATION OF PAYMENT
All orders will only be processed after payment is verified and cleared.
▼ PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all customer orders in 1 - 4 business days, with the exception of weekends. For festive season, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.
▼ SHIPPING METHOD & DURATION
We offer free worldwide shipping.
Express shipping via EMS Worldwide Express shipping is available. It takes 1-5 business days.
For rush orders or special occasions such as Wedding, Birthday, Bridal Shower, Christmas, we highly recommend that you purchase your order at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance or purchase EMS Worldwide Express shipping to reach you in a good time.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Standard shipping duration for international shipment is 10-25 business days.
- Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order.
- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.
- Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.

SECTION 8 - BOUNCED/RETURN PARCELS
In any case if mail is unclaimed after a stipulated time by the post office and is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping. A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason or a parcel with wrong address furnished, is not an authorized return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion.
